My city is a nice place. It is in the south Western parts of Kenya and the inhabitants majorly consists of kipsigis, a kalenjin sub- tribe. The residents are quite hospitable and kind hearted. The weather is quite cold and wet for the better part of the year.

It has a cool and wet climate. The people are friendly, the accommodation is cheap. The environment is evergreen due to the constant rainfall received for the better part of the year. The town has a good transport system and the security is at a high level.

It’s not a large town but has a lot of people. There are a lot of recreations center. The weather is really cold at this time. Majority of the youths have opted to be business owners because there are not many job vacancies. There is a lot of security around this area.

People are a lot friendly and the weather is really cold at this time. It has a lot of recreation centers and people enjoy having fun. There is a lot of security and it’s a vast town with lots of people. Youths are business oriented because there are not many jobs.

Before moving to my city, you should consider purchasing a couple of blankets and anything that can keep you warm because it’s an extremely cold place. Umbrellas and gumboots are also a must as every season is a rainy season. Apart from the cold, which can be a major disadvantage, there is plenty of tea farms at my city, which means you get plenty of tea at very cheap prices, so carry a huge mug!

We are a high altitude community and most times it gets quite chilly here! If moving to this town pack warm clothing especially at this time of year. Again, we are in a tea-growing zone so most of the hot beverages served in our restaurants are tea-based!
