Someone considering to move to my city must have the knowledge of Hindi language and also that the city gets quiet after 9PM. It has moderate to extreme climate and the weather changes frequently. Basic necessities goods are cheap here and the average household income must be about 30-40,000 rupees monthly.

Lost cost locality. You can get a good apartment at low cost and good food at reasonable rate. It is a forest dominated area. be careful of wild animals. They sometimes come into residential areas. Weather is quite cool here. Bring at least a blanket for night-time, even it it summer days.
