The best places to stay are Shelter Afrique, Ewet Housing or Osong Ama. Ewet Housing isn’t as safe as it used to be but it’s very old money. Shelter is relatively new but nice.

Uyo is growing and if you want a nice but slow paced environment, Uyo is an excellent choice.

It is a very beautiful place and their hospitality is top notch. Cost of living is highly affordable. Good tourist attractions, with good security.

If you’re moving to Uyo, you need to have a flexible business you run online. Uyo is a beautiful place to live in. Clean, serene and relatively cheap. However there are no high paying jobs, it’s advisable to only move to Uyo if you work remotely.

In Uyo, food is relatively cheap but moving around can be expensive. It’s quite safe and is a lot cheaper than Lagos and Abuja.

Uyo is a peaceful and serene city known for its beauty. We have places you can go to simply sit and enjoy yourself like the cenotaph park, domino’s pizza, Ibom Tropicana and so much more. Generally, Uyo metropolis is a beautiful place.

Uyo is in the south of Nigeria. You must understand that this part of the country is the rainforest belt so you should expect really damp weather here. It is a relatively peaceful city with a booming commercial culture and friendly people who are often eager to help. On the down side, this is a developing city in a developing country.

Uyo’s cost of living is an extremely important factor when choosing a city to call home. The cost of living include everything from real estate prices and transportation to the average cost of groceries and dining out. The higher the cost of living, the more money you’re going to need to earn to live comfortably in your new city.
