It is the capital of the state. It is a small city and has very few employment opportunities. Most of the labor force are either entrepreneurs or government related. The city is a safe place to live but it lacks life and excitement. If you ask me I’d say that the cons far outweigh the pros.

Umuahia is not an easy place due to its lack electricity and other necessary social amenities. If you must relocate to Umuahia, you have to consider buying a generator, you have to live in the urban or suburban areas of Umuahia and make sure the road to your house is accessible.

Umuahia is not really a good place due to its lack of consistent power supply and high cost living. If you must live in Umuahia, you should have something doing either a job or a business so that you can cater for your basic need and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

Anyone moving here should know price of fuel is high, we go to market only on Thursday and Fridays and people are always friendly to newcomers and we have a newly constructed shopping mall and at the centre of our road there is an iconic structure built t represent the symbol of our state that is God’s own state.

What someone moving here should consider, the first thing someone moving to my city should consider is the accessibility or the road network of the city weather good or bad, another is the stability of electricity in the city and the stability of water supply in the city.

Someone moving to Umuahia should know this is a very sleepy, slow moving place with little action and little interest in national affairs on the part of the people. They should also be aware of the high price of items here and the scarcity of materials.

Umuahia is a city in Abia state. It is a very lively city bustling with everyday activities from government workers to market women. It has a population of over two thousand people and is governed by our amiable Governor Okezie Ikpeazu. Umuahia houses one of the biggest markets in the history of Nigeria known as the Ubani market. It is a great city.

Umuahia is well known for its serene environment and healthy lifestyle, which also includes recreational and economic development ideologies, security is another very outstanding trait. The governor favours the small and medium scale farmers with the necessary tools such as short and long term loans to enhance optimum productivity to provide food internally and export such farm products.

Umuahia is a very developed and outstanding pce in which everyone looking for a living and comfort comes. My city has different beautiful places where one can go and have some fun with the family. It also has a very developed health institution and hospitals where the sick can be treated.

When looking for a quiet place, my city is the best to consider. It doesn’t have much going on and business is usually family owned. If one wishes to escape the noise and traffic of bigger cities, Umuahia is the perfect, little place for them. To gain exposure for a business, however, it’s not the best option unless they are quite experienced.

Consider if they are okay with a non-bustling atmosphere. It a small town where not much goes on in and only should be taken as a last resort to start a business. If the mover isn’t interested in getting exposure for their business, it is a quaint, little place.
