Muntinlupa City is located on the southern part of the National Capital Region and it is surrounded by the largest lake in the country, Laguna de Bay. Because of this, Muntinlupa has never experienced a shortage in the supply of tap water. Plastic bags and styrofoam are also prohibited from being used as packaging anywhere in the city. I recommend bringing a reusable bag whenever you have to purchase anything outside. The traffic congestion in this city gets worse at eight in the morning and at dusk so I suggest that you avoid travelling during these times.

If you wish to live in Muntinlupa city, you must know that there’s a heavy traffic during peak hours. The sky way is currently under reconstruction which adds to the heavy traffic itself.

In moving here, one should consider traffic. Muntinlupa is a big city and considered a business district. It is also a gateway going to nearby provinces which is Cavite and Laguna. But despite traffic condition, living in our city is very considerable because of the great environment we have.

Muntinlupa City is one of the finest cities in Metro Manila, Philippines. It has both an urban and a rural area, which I think, is what attracts me most. There is little traffic here so it is easier to go around. It was awarded as the best city to start a business last year.

Living in Muntinlupa City can be compared to having the best of both worlds. It is a city that has a robust economic value supported by various municipalities, gigantic entertainment establishments, and progressive businesses. it has been considered to be one of the most advanced cities in the South, and investors have been pioneering here. Since the city is near the Southern provinces, it has maintained its greenery and natural land areas. You can still experience breathing fresh air in the morning and quiet evenings at night. It may have buildings on one side of the city, but it is still not as congested compared to the other cities in Metro Manila. That is why living in Muntinlupa City can be considered as living in both worlds.

Muntinlupa City has a lot of nearby malls. The one near the village I live in, Alabang Hills Village, is Alabang Town Center. Alabang Town Center is about a good five to ten-minute drive from the house on a good day. If there happens to be heavy traffic, the drive might last a good half-hour to an hour.
