One’s primary consideration in moving to this city should be traffic because arguably, the city incorporates one of the busiest roads in the country – Epifanio de los Santos Avenue, which interestingly served as the “stage” of the infamous Philippine People Power Revolution. The public transport system is one of the worst especially for those who prefer the daily commute to work.

Traffic in Mandaluyong City gets quite congested especially during rush hours, where cars would be stuck on the highways for hours. The city however, looks quite beautiful at night and has a nice scenery which draws many people to come here. my city also has many landmarks that would draw the attention of many tourists.

Someone moving to Mandaluyong City must know it is a nice place to move. It is in the middle of Philippines National Capital Region, you’ll experience traffic sometimes but not much compare to other nearby cities. There’s shopping malls, church, markets, and schools inside our hometown.

They must considered the price of the apartment complex in the city. The rent is kind of steep, so you must learn how to budget well. Also, be ready to walk lengths, for traffic here is very unpredictable. There are lots of places to go to, such as markets and groceries. Doing errands would not be that difficult to do.

If you intend to transfer to Mandaluyong City, know traffic enforcers here are very strict and can’t be bribed. Our city also does not tolerate littering and spitting. That is why we pride ourselves as the cleanest city with the most disciplined people in Metro Manila.

Our city is one of those that has a well-planned design. Around the city hall, the necessary establishments are built namely the city hospital, the main police department, and the markets. It is also at the center of Metro Manila near the main highway, which is convenient for employees to travel from home to their work and back.

It is the Tiger City. We have different malls, schools and hospitals around. Traffic is heavy in the morning because our city is at the center and the most convenient place. Our neighborhood are very strict in implementing the barangay’s rules and law, but we are all friendly and approachable.

Mandaluyong City is a center business district. Know living in this city entails high cost of living. Traffic in the area should also be looked upon, as it is a very busy road. The good thing of staying here is that it is accessible to a handful of establishments.
