Living in Toledo is an adventure. We have the Toledo Zoo. We have lots of parks.

A simple working class town that is proud of our Glass, and Jeep producing image. We also love our local sports teams; we have Walleye (hockey) and Mud Hens (baseball) plus the best walleye fishing anywhere.

Anyone moving to Toledo should be prepared to explore small businesses around the city, especially in the downtown. The family-owned shops throughout Toledo create a lovely sense of support throughout the community. Additionally, newcomers to the city should keep an open mind towards the types of people, because there are many backgrounds and upbringings to be found at every location.

Toledo has an amazing community gardening scene! In any area or neighborhood that you choose to live, ask the locals where you can find the community gardens. You can have fresh fruits and vegetables for much less labor than establishing the garden in your own yard, and help residents beautify the neighborhood at the same time!

The cost of living is low in Toledo, Ohio. we have many cultural activities, including an Art Museum, Science Museum, Zoo, and various historical museums. The cost of housing is lower than many cities the same size, and goods and services are very reasonable. Metroparks in Toledo are well planned and used extensively by residents.
