Grand Rapids has so much to offer. It is only 40 minutes from the beautiful shores of lake Michigan. There are also many gorgeous parks right in the city to explore. The city has countless delicious restaurants and so many breweries that it has been named ‘Beer City USA. ‘Grand Rapids is a gem in the midwest!

Grand Rapids, Michigan, is a growing city. There are ample opportunities for employment and it has a vibrant nightlife. Grand Rapids is on the beautiful Grand River. Affordable housing abounds, whether you are looking for a downtown condominium or a home with plenty of land in the outskirts of the city.

Grand Rapids is considered “Beer City USA” for the number and quality of craft breweries in the city. The city center has a park named Rosa Park Circle that contains a stage for live music performances and festivals. The city hosted an international art competition that took over the whole city for multiple years. The annual winner of the competition received a cash prize of $200,000.

If someone moves to Grand Rapids, they should have a general idea of what the environment is like. The city has plenty of food options, breweries and wineries, museums, and high-end shopping. Grand Rapids is perfect for those who like the feeling of a bigger city, while also enjoying nature. The city is very close to Lake Michigan, making it a perfect mix of environments.
