Tempe is a big college town and very diverse, but its neighbor Mesa was named the most conservative city in the US a few years ago by Forbes magazine. June, July and August will frequently reach a temperature of 110F or more. The vibe in Arizona feels less like a community and more like “every man for himself,” hence my desire to leave.

Someone moving to Tempe, Arizona, should be aware of the poor water system that is entangled under the city. The ancient pipes have oxidized, which has caused metal scraps to flake off until a leak spews from the impending crack. This is a recurring obstacle for local homeowners, as dormant pipes who are at risk for bursting do not make their presence known until damage has already affected the home.

There are many important things that everyone should know about Tempe, Arizona. First, the weather is fantastic all year long. In fact, it is almost always sunny, and it never gets cold enough to snow. Also, Tempe is home to a wide variety of great places to eat. There are restaurants in this town that will satisfy all types and sizes of appetites. Finally, people in this great city are friendly, polite, and helpful.

Tempe is the perfect city for college students, seeing as how Arizona State University is the most popular campus here. This city isone of the more crowded cities in Arizona. We also have quite a few marketplaces and restaurants here that keeps the city up and running. I don’t recommend for anyone who likes the country life to reside in Tempe.

Tempe is one of the loveliest cities in America. Tempe, Arizona, has some of the best weather in America. Our summers are very warm, but most homes have pools and local swimming facilities are in every community. We also have some of the best trails around. You can walk outside your door and see a glorious Saguaro Cactus. If moving to Tempe keep in mind that while our summer is very hot our winters are mild. People are seen wearing shorts in December and January. Be prepared for the heat, but also look forward to a very mild winter.
