It’s the best place to live and work and go to school. I’ve lived here for 20 years and it’s the best location in the metro. It’s really the middle of everything. It’s close to the central business districts – ortigas, makati, and BGC. Taxis or Grab cars are available 24/7. So many delivery options, lots of nice condos to choose from too. Near schools, hospitals, and malls too.

The products in the markets are a whole lot cheaper than in grocery stores, due to the added taxes, as well as the products in the markets being opened to any sort of negotiable bargaining, depends on the seller/s, of course. The Philippines, more specifically in Mandaluyong City, business and marketing has become a critical essential if you want to make a living, may it be through online selling or in the market.

They must considered the price of the apartment complex in the city. The rent is kind of steep, so you must learn how to budget well. Also, be ready to walk lengths, for traffic here is very unpredictable. There are lots of places to go to, such as markets and groceries. Doing errands would not be that difficult to do.

The first thing know in my city is that all the business districts are connected to it. Makati, Quezon City, Taguig and Ortigas are all one transportation away. The next would be the malls. They are also near and some of them are also walking distance.

Our city is one of those that has a well-planned design. Around the city hall, the necessary establishments are built namely the city hospital, the main police department, and the markets. Should someone be interested in moving here, they would have to be comfortable living in a loud and fast-paced environment. Markets and malls are always full to the brim with people, and one must always be alert to avoid getting lost or inconvenienced. Throngs are always competing for the next jeep, taxi, and tricycle to get to work on time. However, busy and packed as it may seem, Mandaluyong is also full of life. There’s always something to do and people to meet.

Moving to my city, one should know the close proximity of certain “amenities” like convenience stores and supermarkets from living spaces like condominiums and apartments. There are many people in apartments in Mandaluyong City and from those people who turn out to be my companions, they really appreciate the closeness of everything. It really seems like convenience was prioritized when placing all the structures within the city.
