For a Caribbean city, it’s very modern in terms of the entertainment that it offers, it also has great restaurants. But be warned about the city’s traffic, as traffic jams can easily last over an hour, and drivers don’t always abide by traffic laws. Also the city is very hot and humid.

Our city has a lot of traffic on peak hours. It’s weather is quite hot year-round. We have deliveries from almost any store or supermarket. People are very friendly, and are always willing to help others. It is quite safe to live in Santo Domingo, even though you should always protect yourself.

It’s a very fast-paced city with a lot of traffic due to bad organization of the public transportation. The people are incredibly nice, warm and the culinary experience is one of a kind. The beaches are worldwide known because of its clear water and perfect weather.

It is a very crowded and busy city. Cars honking and motorcycles revving their engines can be heard as early as six in the morning. Traffic is awful. You can take as long as an hour to get home from work. Despite these shortcomings, I would further describe it as a marvelous and welcoming city to anyone who decides to live here.
