And the best thing about our city is you never had to drive that far because all of these attractions are just minutes away.

The city of San Pedro, Laguna, is known to be one of the safest cities in Laguna province due to the effort of our local government, the city is one of the most progressive in the province of Laguna. If you plan to move you will never regret it because everything is accessible to other major cities around it.

Our location is just 30-45 minutes from the business district which will be more convenient for him or her to travel every day to and from work. In addition, we are also near malls, supermarkets, schools, and other establishments that would be necessary if he or she needs anything.

However, because of the community, a positive side to it is the ecstasy and welcoming mood of the locals.

Apart from the lively and bustling community, our city is considered the ‘border city’ between the country’s National Capital Region (NCR) and the province of Laguna, a known resort paradise. Residents from the city both have the benefit of both living far from the city life, whilst having quick access to the metropolitan area whenever they feel the need to.

San Pedro City is the first district of Laguna. Despite of it being the first one you’ll visit, San Pedro offers a lot of unique foods such as “Masyang”, an noodle recipe originated in San Pedro, and Universal Bakery Pastries which can only be bought in our city. Our city is known as the Sampaguita capital of the Philippines.

We are known as the capital of Sampaguita, a tropical flower. Many people grow and sell Sampaguita. You will also learn about the famous “Maciang” of our city. It is one of the tourist attractions here.

Our city does not have much tourist attractions. However, it is near large cities where you can dine and shop. It is a great city with family because it is not so crowded like the other highly urbanized cities. There are a few schools as well.

When someone prefers to move to the city of San Pedro, Laguna, one thing that must be taken into consideration is the purpose of why he or she will move into this city, whether for temporary purposes or if planning to settle for a permanent residency. Houses for sale are available for some parts of the city, and apartments or bed spaces are accessible in smaller subdivisions for those looking for temporary vacancies. This city has great accessibility to basic necessities and recreational establishments, so based from my experience, moving to this city is pretty much worth the expense.

I think someone who will move to my city should know it is the first district in Laguna, thus it is the closest in Metro Manila. That is the reason many people who work around NCR prefer living here. Houses are affordable so many residents acquire their properties here and find reasonable ways to commute from work.
