Very expensive area to live in. Property to buy or rent is some of the most expensive in the US. Good climate, good services though the city. It has a high degree of fees and costs. Utilities and taxes are also high. Very good libraries, medical and dental care and a fairly high quality of life, low pollution, fine restaurants of an impressive variety, many cultural options.

To live in San Bruno or most of the surrounding San Francisco bay communities you need substantial money. A modest one bedroom apartment is easily 2000$ US per month, plus costs for water and power. Taxes are also quite high in California. However, it is a nice area with many things to see and much less GOP hate than other states.
