Rochester residents should know that winters are harsh and that people don’t move in winter. Aside from the weather, Rochester has quality bars, numerous outdoor activities and friendly people. The state as a whole is ranked as one of the best states to live in and is known for its lakes, camping grounds and cabins.

Rochester, MN is booming and intellectual city, home to the world-famous Mayo Clinic. With a growing population and a booming economy, unemployment levels are low and the job market is increasingly growing. The Rochester community is incredibly hospitable and kind, welcoming travelers from all over the world as they come to receive treatment at Mayo. While many regard this famous town as a city of miraculous healing and hope, it is also a small town with a overwhelming sense of pride and community.

The city is growing with the help of Myo Clinic. Rochester is growing exponentially as Destination Medical Center takes shape. With that growth, many high-end restaurants and shopping is being added to accommodate the many visitors that will visit from around the globe. If you are looking for a job in Healthcare, retail or food service, Rochester, MN should be on your list.
