So in short it’s expensive but it can satisfy all your needs and wishes whether for kids, adults or old citizens.

My city is a beautiful place and it attracts the attention of tourists. But for someone who is about to move here should know that people living here are not what they seem to be. Here, life can be difficult at times but all we can do is try to be better.

He should know about all the historical places so that he could visit places more and more in Rawalpindi like Ayub National Park, Tench bazar, Malls, Saddar food street. Some like to say that Rawalpindi is incredibly boring. It was an important trading post in the past, and after Pakistan was founded, became inundated with refugees from Kashmir and eventually became an army cantonment. When the capital of Pakistan, Islamabad, was built in the 1960s close to it, Rawalpindi became the more affordable option for people flocking to the capital to find work. Today, Rawalpindi is a melting pot of cultures and languages and is the place to be to get the best of both worlds: affordable living and close proximity to the job opportunities in the capital.

Rawalpindi is commonly known as “Pindi”. It is the fourth largest city of Pakistan. Army Museum, Nawaz Sharif Park, Jinnah Park and Ayub National Park are the famous places in Rawalpindi. Rawalpindi is a city that is literally all over the place, maybe ten or 20 years ago I would have told you that this is “the” place, but due to the mushroom-like sprawl of unplanned neighbourhoods and destruction of green areas and recreational zones, I would probably recommend you to live in the neighbouring city of Islamabad. Rawalpindi is not bad place, in fact, some parts of the city are pretty nice and maybe you will find it to be the ideal place, who knows, everyone’s taste is different.
