It’s also a good city because it’s near everywhere since it’s one of the cities that is in the middle of Metro Manila. What makes it also a convenient place is there are residential areas near leisure places such as malls and parks and living areas in quieter places. The price range as well is very vast. There’s a big chance of finding the perfect home for you in Makati no matter what your interests in life are.

Makati City is the financial capital of the Philippines. It is in the National Capital Region known for its skyscrapers, malls, and entertainment hubs. People here are of diverse cultures, nationalities, and socio-economic backgrounds. you can see the gap between the rich and the poor in the Philippines. You can see mansions and slums in the City.

For someone moving here, know traffic jam is worst especially during rush hours. If there is a need for them to travel to nearby cities, they have to pass difficult roads such as C5 or EDSA. However, if they’re planning to reside near BGC area and work nearby, I would recommend such.
