It’s family friendly atmosphere and reputation for outstanding schools places the community on the list of most desirable places to live in the midwest. Close proximity to a large US City with major-league sports teams and cultural events is an advantage to living in this suburban city.

Overland Park is a suburb of Kansas City – this means that you get the benefits of a large city, without the hassle of having to be directly in the city. Overland Park is very nature-focused, with plenty of parks, walking trails, and green spaces. Overland Park experiences all four seasons, including snow in winter and warmth in summer; but not too far in either direction! The Kansas City area as a whole is very artsy, with an art crawl when the weather is warmer, and many museums. Make sure to try our barbecue if you visit!
