Before moving to Potomac, Maryland, there are several points to take into consideration. First and most important is cost of living. Housing is expensive and many homes sell from $700,000 up. Secondly, transportation is difficult with bus service sparse and no adequate connection. It is almost imperative that you have a car. Keeping these considerations in mind, you’ll find excellent schools and gorgeous greenery.

What one should consider when moving to Potomac, Maryland, is the lack of activity. The suburbs are calm and uneventful, with single family dwellings on cul-de-sacs and vast parks and trails. However, there is also a bustling downtown, Rockville town center, where one could get a bite to eat at many of the Asian restaurants in the area.
