University of Limpopo and Moria Zion City are geographically located in Limpopo province, just less than 50 miles away from Polokwane city. The leader of Economic Freedom Fighters (Sello Malema) was also born in Limpopo, Seshego Zone 1 Masakaneng. Vhavenda and Pedi people are mostly found in Limpopo. Z.C.C is one of the biggest church in South Africa.

There are a lot of job opportunities. It is the healthiest South African city. Known for its sunny weather, fresh air, spas and green space. It was even named the “Greenest municipality in South Africa”. It is also known as a place of safety. There are three common languages spoken in this city.

There are a lot of fun activities one can do all around our city. We have a wide range of game reserves at affordable prices. The crime rate is a bit at its peak at the moment but it’s nothing our law enforcement can’t handle.

Polokwane is the capital city of the Limpopo Province in South Africa. It lies on the Northern part of South Africa with temperatures as low as 12 degrees Celsius and reaching a maximum of 38 degrees Celsius. The five of eleven official languages of South Africa are widely spoken in the province, which are; Sepedi, English, Afrikaans, xiTsonga and tshiVenda.

Polokwane has the most beautiful sunny weather, however it can be freezing in winter. It’s culture-oriented, so you will always be fascinated by people wearing traditional attire, singing traditional songs. There are a lot of entertainment options, including festivals, sports, and great mountains and rivers for those who love the outdoors.

My city Polokwane, is a small but infinitely charming town situated in the most northern province of South Africa, the Limpopo Province.  It is famous for its impressive scenery and stunning historical sites, such as Bakone Malapa Northern Sotho Air Museum, which is a reconstruction of what a typical African village would have looked like hundreds of years ago. It is also home to a wide variety of wildlife.  Take a day to visit one of our game reserves and enjoy an array of wildlife species and scenic walks. 

My city is beautiful, very convenient as we have a university and schools nearby. There is easy access to shops an all other necessity. We also have very remarkable landmarks for family outings or for own pleasure. The good thing is it’s a very good neighborhood and everyone is friendly and always looking out for another one.

Polokwane is a small yet beautiful city. A quiet, calm and slow-pace city, suitable for retirees or anyone that isn’t really fascinated by life in a “big city”. Should one have a demanding lifestyle or way of living, Polokwane is the perfect city to get away from all the stress and frustration. As small as it may be, a lot is possible.

The high temperatures during summer. The area is a semi-arid region with abundance of thorn-bush trees. During summer, ice-pops are sold everywhere. During sunny days you will rarely see people out and about as mostly the come out as the sunsets. The rains are mostly thunderstorms and flooding which damage homes.

My city is very hot. You need to adapt to the hot weather and don’t forget to use sunscreen. We have many informal business which do very well because the people are very talented. Farming is very important in our city as a huge percent of farmers depend on selling agricultural produce.

My city has good cultural diversity, it has people from different cultures. There is Venda, Sepedi and Tsonga culture. Despite the variations in our culture, we all share love and respect. Polokwane City has a university called University of Limpopo and many colleges. I’m very proud to be living in this city, it has taught me a lot.

Polokwane City is the biggest shopping center and capital city of Limpopo province. But except from it being the main city, it has plenty of game reserves, the greatest African jazz clubs, art museum. From its sunny weather to having people with different languages located in it and experimenting with all the different traditional food.

The climate here is over the charts, days are very hot and nights are warm. There’s always traffic on the roads and many trucks pass here everyday, there are always car accidents. The people are very friendly and welcoming, the nightlife is wild, we even call each other “mata”.

My city is very hot so it needs someone who can adjust and adapt very quick to the environment. Sometimes weather are unpredictable as the change in a small amount of time. People from my city are really friendly and caring if you are a good person, the community often helps those in need.

Polokwane is the capital of Limpopo. We have many shopping centers and a few malls. The place is an exciting user friendly environment as it has multiple medical facilities and schools. In the heart of Polokwane we have a museum that stores the history of the town. It is an amazing place to settle.

The people in my city are nice and most of tuck shops here makes the best voetkoks. We have a lot of cultural people. Culture is followed strictly so. The City is small with a lot of interesting features. We are of different race and beliefs but we try as much as we can to respect each other.

there is an airport in polokwane, we have a university in Mankweng which is University of limpopo. There are three malls in Polokwane namely Savannah mall, Polokwane mall and Mall of the north. When you get to mankweng you will notice that there are many rooms available for students who want to live off-camp.

Polokwane is a very beautiful city where one could find lot of recreational places to have fun. It is a city full of people throughout the day and night and it has a lot of car movements. One could find it to be more interesting because they will be interacting with people from different races.
