she or he should know the rental fees are high. She/He could get a roommate to share with the fees. Transportation is cheap. Most people live in the city can ride a motorbike and taxi cab. Taxi cab minimum fare in less than a dollar.

I would like to recommend someone to move to Phnom Penh as it is very nice, clean and safe. The people are very friendly and the cost of living is very reasonable. People here speak Khmer, but a lot of them are speaking English as their second language so it is easy to communicate with us.

I would recommend someone who likes a nice city, Phnom Penh is one of your choices, it is a beautiful, clean and safe city. More and more foreigners are moving in for the last ten years. It is located on the banks of Mekong River and has a lot of charms.

Phnom Penh is the capital of Cambodia. It is modern and lots of infrastructure nearby. You will enjoy with riverside and another tourist site near and far away. The people are very friendly and the foods are very delicious. There are lots of restaurants that sell other country food.

Phnom Penh has a rich expat community, which is a mix of people from all over the world. Finding someone who can speak your language, and know your culture, often makes adjustments easier. The locals in Phnom Penh often speak English well, so communication should not be an issue compared to other nearby countries. due to its rich expat scene, dining experience has become something similar to a playground for food enthusiasts.

Many of traffic laws have recently been updated. Police in Cambodia are enforcing stricter laws regarding traffic violations, such as speeding, not wearing a motorcycle helmet, driving while intoxicated, and driving without a vehicle license. These new enforcement strategies are designed to reduce traffic fatalities and accidents.

Phnom Penh, Cambodia’s capital, is a developing city. More than two million Cambodians reside here as it is also considered the business hub. When it comes to cost of living, Phnom Penh is relatively low compared to its neighboring countries such as Thailand and Vietnam. It has a rich culture and those who visit say that it is a laid-back city.
