I recommend them to live in the city centre, they could find everything near and won’t have the necessity to buy a car or spend money on public transport. The best restaurants are in La Via España and Casco viejo, near the beach you will find La Cinta Costera so prepare yourself to work out there, is the best place to get fit!

Panama City is big city and a small town. It offers it all: tall buildings, shopping malls, great nightlife, delicious restaurants, and even traffic. All that you would expect from a big city. But since Panama City is the capital and only real big city in the country, everyone stays in the same city and no one moves across the country. This offers the opportunity for long lasting relationships, for Christmas and all special occasions with the whole family, and for always knowing someone who knows someone who can help you. I would never trade my beloved Panama City for even the most glamorous cities in the world.
