Downtown on the market is the tourist hotspot. We have multiple beaches close by like Folly Beach or Isle Of Palms Beach. We have great food places ranging from many different cultures like Jamaican food or Carribean. We have lots of palm trees along our Downtown Battery. Traffic is bad early mornings and evenings.

North Charleston offers a great deal of opportunity for new home buyers. The prices of homes are low compared to the surrounding areas, and North Charleston is an up-and-coming city offering new restaurants and events all the time. It’s the perfect place to live affordably while still enjoying the activities and nightlife of the surrounding towns like Mount Pleasant, Charleston, and West Ashley.

Charleston is a food and beverage dominated city. That being said, tourism has really taken over. The beaches are beautiful and the people are welcoming. Housing is typically less expensive in the northern areas, however the downtown peninsula is where the history really exists.
