Noida is divided into several sectors that are not necessarily arranged in a specific order. One may presume these sectors were arranged by someone who did not care much for the sanity of their fellow men. For instance, sector 105 is right next to sector 108 but there is not much to say about sector 106 because no one knows where it exists.

The place where I live is surrounded by many residential societies and gives amazing night view when seen from the top of the building tower. Noida is also considered as an industrial hub, where there are lots of commercial areas and handful of production plants.

The city does not have a well-developed public transport system. One must have their own vehicle to travel. Also, the markets are far and few, so one needs to get used to that. Apart from these, the city is clean, green and really beautiful! It is part of the national capital region in India.

However, one must not forget that geographically the city has an extreme climate therefore, on winters the city is very cold and on summers it is very hot which makes it a little difficult to adjust to the climate. Finding homes in this city is both convenient and inexpensive so, it can be affordable by everyone.

Noida is a well-planned IT hub of Delhi NCR. Anybody moving to Noida should have an understanding of the Metro network which will help them move around in the city and even in Delhi. The street food is amazing. There are malls in Sector 18 and Sector 38 which have anything and everything. People new to the city can easily find affordable accommodation. Delhi is only 30 minutes from Noida. People can easily travel using the Metro network.

Be relaxed as the city is safe for all and has nightlife. It is a nice city as people are fairly educated here, decent in behaviour and are friendly towards strangers. However, the rent for apartments is very high.

Noida is one of the best cities in India to live as here along with development one can find greenery and fresh air.

As my city is in the north of India, if he knows Hindi language it would be an advantage. If not Hindi he must know to communicate in English. He should not be a strict non vegetarian as may house owners do not prefer such tenants. He should be able to tolerate summer and winters both.

If you have flatmates to share the load, even better! The best part about living in Noida is that you’ll always find food, even at midnight.
