Muntinlupa City is located on the southern part of the National Capital Region and it is surrounded by the largest lake in the country, Laguna de Bay. Because of this, Muntinlupa has never experienced a shortage in the supply of tap water. Plastic bags and styrofoam are also prohibited from being used as packaging anywhere in the city. I recommend bringing a reusable bag whenever you have to purchase anything outside. The traffic congestion in this city gets worse at eight in the morning and at dusk so I suggest that you avoid travelling during these times.

Thus, some popular tourist destinations such as the Taal Volcano, which recently erupted early this year, are accessible via car from Muntinlupa. That is why living in Muntinlupa City can be considered as living in both worlds.

In Muntinlupa City, the malls are just a hop, skip and a jump away from each other. They are walkable on a good, windy day when the sun is shining and you’re feeling good about yourself.
