Best location in the Greater Seattle area – close to Seattle and equally close to Bellevue on the east side. Commuting anywhere is literally under 30 minutes, unless you’re heading north to Lynwood or south past Southcenter. Light rail will be completed in 1Q 2025, bringing additional public transit options. Great walkable parks and beaches in Mercer Island – love the 300 steps adjacent to Mercerdale park for a quick 15 minute tuneup over lunch!

Quiet, safe, wonderful walking from May-Sept at Luther Burbank Park. There’s a dog park where your pups can run leash free.

Wonderful place to live, with easy access to everything, which helps because traffic is a challenge. Expect large increases in property taxes. My last increase was 33%. Average appreciation of real estate over the last ten years is 6.3%.
