Masvingo is a small town with large rural part surrounding it. It consists of low density, medium and low density suburbs. The city is always clean. There is better water supply in this city. It has the council offices in places that are convenient to everyone. There are also banks in the town and teller machines.

It is a very hot place and weather patterns are unpredictable. It is a tourist destination which has one of the great heritage sites found in Zimbabwe. Masvingo is one of the oldest cities in the country and it was once called Fort Victoria. It has beautiful scenery.

He or she must know that Masvingo is very cold especially during winter. Also, it is quite slow for doing business. This is in the sense that people in Masvingo are culturally based and so are skeptical about new things. One good thing though, is that locations are close to town.

It’s an old town and is home to the famous Great Zimbabwe Ruins (Dzimba dza mabwe). It’s also closely knit town and is about 400 km from the Beitbridge Border post to South Africa. It is also home to the most educated people in Zimbabwe and home to Great Zimbabwe University. There are a lot of business opportunities.
