It is a mixture of industrial and provincial areas since there is an Export Zone and lots of factories. There is also a part considered as provincial in nature. It has Jollibee as the one and only fast-food chain. People are religious, as churches are always full during church masses. There are crowded places, but there are also mountainous parts with developed housing, originated by none other than President Ferdinand Marcos. The people are competitive and educated since there is a PUP, a state university, and other students tend to go to Manila or Baguio for their college degrees. There are lots of businesses from other towns and provinces. People are honest and welcoming. While there are crimes and political issues, there is a better standard of living and promising opportunities.

I have my own idea of appreciating my city. Unlike other cities, where there are wide roads and huge buildings, mine has a refreshing breeze of the wind. There are lesser pollution compared to others. The people are also nice and welcoming. My city had raised good citizens.

Mariveles is one of the best places to live in for it was surrounded by bodies of water which is very ideal for people who wanted to find peace. It has a lot to offer from complete facilities, accessible source of income, local government, tourist attraction, and up to historical landmarks.

Mariveles is a booming place for manufacturing and exportation industry. It is one of the richest municipality in the province of Bataan due to the income it generates. The Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB) is in Mariveles. Many factories operate in Mariveles Zone, such as factories of garment, bags, and the popular tennis ball Dunlop. Products manufactured in Mariveles are exported to other countries. Aside from factories, Mariveles is also surrounded with beaches. One can see the beautiful seaside scenery once in Mariveles.

People visiting Mariveles, Bataan should never miss the opportunity of seeing Five Fingers (appropriately named for its resemblance to stretched-out hand when seen from a helicopter!). Cove-to-cove boat services are available for insanely cheap price. For the more adventurous folks, cliff-diving is an awesome activity that would give them lasting memories. Beautiful beaches with white sand await you. Be one with nature; come to Mariveles, Bataan’s very own Five Fingers.

The place I live in is a very peaceful place and many beaches around. And have numerous fish caught daily. There are so many historical places and tourist attractions also. You can ride a bike or a motorcycle to tour the city around and see the beautiful nature and beauty of the place.
