It’s the best place to live and work and go to school. I’ve lived here for 20 years and it’s the best location in the metro. It’s really the middle of everything. It’s close to the central business districts – ortigas, makati, and BGC. Taxis or Grab cars are available 24/7. So many delivery options, lots of nice condos to choose from too. Near schools, hospitals, and malls too.

The products in the markets are a whole lot cheaper than in grocery stores, due to the added taxes, as well as the products in the markets being opened to any sort of negotiable bargaining, depends on the seller/s, of course. The Philippines, more specifically in Mandaluyong City, business and marketing has become a critical essential if you want to make a living, may it be through online selling or in the market.

One can take advantage of its close proximity to the north, which houses most of the subarbian population and to the South which anchors our business districts. When I get meetings either to the directions, it would only take me 30 mins to drive to these agreed locations.
