Lehi has grown rapidly over the past decade. Many corporations have set up office buildings and even headquarters here. Lehi was even nicknamed “Silicone Slope”. To keep up with the increase in jobs, local real estate and businesses such as retail and restaurants have also boomed. Lehi has something for everyone. There are older subdivisions, newer, high-end subdivisions, and budget-friendly townhomes.

On average, Lehi residents (at 24. seven years of age) are one of the youngest populated cities in Utah county and have seen a boom in the population with a staggering 28% increase since 2010! Lehi is home to several international corporations, such as Ancestry, Young Living, and Health Alliance (we’re part of Silicon Slopes after all!). Finally, if your name is Evan, you’ll like this fact: Lehi used to be known as Evansville. We’re known for more than sugar beets and alfalfa these days.
