Beautiful town with great schools. Good place to raise kids and an easy short drive to the beach. Lots of restaurants, churches, shopping, parks, etc. Taxes are high but that is the wonderment of California.

Laguna Niguel is a quiet and nice city in Orange County. If you’re the type of person whose looking to switch to suburban living, then this city should be on your top three list of cities to consider moving. It’s also near the famous Pacific Coast Highway and iconic beaches like Laguna and Newport Beach.

Laguna Niguel is home to incredible beaches and shoreline drives. The night sky entrances the soul in colors of pinks and blues, leaving a permanent impression in the mind’s eye. A steep, unusual flight of stairs can lead to an ocean view that will seemingly transport one to a European coastline.

Our city is located adjacent to Dana Point and Laguna Beach. We have many bike trails and hiking trails that lead to the ocean. We enjoy a low crime rate; residents feel safe here. With our rolling hills, ocean breezes, and lush landscape, living here is like living in paradise.
