If you are looking to move to Kingsville, TX, then you should know that our town is the home of the King Ranch. Which is one of the largest operating ranches in the world. We are also the home of Texas A and M University – Kingsville, formerly known as Texas A and I.

Kingsville is a small town. There is a beautiful university that keeps the town alive. If you live close to the university, you will often hear bands playing, crowds cheering, or commentators during sporting events. During summers and school breaks the town can become much more quiet than usual. However, Kingsville is also a town with many ranches and farms. There are always markets and small fairs to attend. Generally, residents of Kingsville are friendly, kind people.
