It’s a big city in terms of land area, you can enjoy the hot sunny days in the beach or enjoy kayaking along the St. Johns river, watching wildlife and more. Crime rates are less than national average.

Summers here are pretty amazing though… despite hurricane season. Our summer days are mostly sunny, which sets the tone for beach days!

Most people are friendly.
