Anyone who considers moving to our city must be able to cope up with the noisy and busy environment that our city evokes. He should has the initiative to politely discourse with the local residents for having such good quality can make him/her love the city even more. Also, appreciating the culture that the city bears over its historical years will gauge him an even better understanding on how to deal with any residents within our beloved city.

Here in Manila the people are pro-active. They are always on the go and flexible in whatever situation that may arise. The city of Manila never sleep from morning to night there are a lot of happenings and events that people could choose and see from. The City of Manila is a busy city, traffic is bad and it is polluted. You will hear people shouting and scrambling just to get in to their jobs or schools. Despite of these, the City of Manila has a lot of history. Every streets, buildings, churches and even school has taken part of our history. The citizens of Manila may lack discipline but they are constantly improving and fixing what needs to be fixed.

One of the notable historical site you can visit is the Rizal Park, the national heroes monument. It is a best place to relax and spend time with your friends or family. you can also visit the National Museum of the Philippines if you want to learn more of Philippines’ history. There are many other places you can explore.

I would gladly say that in our city, there is freedom and ordinance. There are a lot of things to do and many historical places to visit like the Rizal Park, National Museum and so much more. Other than the places, the people are the ones that make our city better. They are all welcoming and are very joyful to be with.

It is alive 24/7 but it is quieter at night compared to day when there are more people going about their daily lives. It has also many tourist spots to boast about, especially historical ones and museums.

There are also beautiful churches and minor basilicas, such as the Manila Cathedral, the Quiapo church, the San Sebastian church to which is the only Gothic church in the Philippines. And there are more.

Manila is reclaiming its position as the cultural center of the Philippines thanks to the efforts of Mayor Isko Moreno in cleaning the streets of trash, prohibited vendors, street kids, and crimes; and installing fixtures that remind us of the old glory of the city. Location is perfect for traveling to other major cities in Metro Manila such as Makati, Quezon City, and Mandaluyong, as these can be reached in less than 30 minutes. There are so many colorful districts in Manila where one can enjoy shopping, entertainment, and history.

Manila is a big city where there are famous restaurants, historical parks, museum, and hotels. The inhabitants of the city are a mix of mostly Filipino and Chinese people. Though this city is known for pickpockets, you can be assured that we are mostly hospitable people.

Visiting Manila will see a slice of Spanish colonial history. Food is a must try one of which is Chicken or Pork Adobo. Visit Manila and take a ride on the country’s most popular mode of transportation the traditional jeepneys. Seeing the sun seemingly descend down over the bay’s horizon without any foreground distraction is a breathtaking experience for anyone.

Manila played a huge part with the history of the Philippines especially Rizal’s death, our hero and the turning point of our revolution and independence. There are different cultures in this place that you can be a part of. People in Manila are hospitable. You will have a great time living here.
