Bacolod is the capital of Negros Occidental, Philippines. The city has great attractions. Beautiful views, beaches and historical sites. People are easy to get along with. The community is helpful and well mannered. Accessible for transportation and jobs opportunities are great.

Someone moving to my city should know people here are indeed hospitable and welcoming of foreign people. We offer a wide array of food and culture that are honed through time by our ancestors who fought valiantly for our independence as a city. A lot of historical sites are scattered all over the city’s vicinity which usually have free entrance fees so you can roam freely and see what we could offer. we have the Masskara festival during November which is a festivity that no one should ever miss.

Bacolod is known as the Land of Sweet People, and for its culinary heritage, including its inasal (a kind of roast chicken on skewers) and sweet dessert treats.

Bacolod City, now, is one of the booming and considered livable cities in the Philippines. We can offer the ‘bests of the world’ from heritage houses to big malls due to rapid urbanization. Some of those are widening of roads, ambience of the beaches and resort suitable for retirement and the present of various medical, recreation, fitness and health facilities. The people of Bacolod also is fun, loving, hospitable, and very friendly.

Bacolod City is the City of Smiles. The people here are very friendly and hospitable. It is the “Sugar capital of the Philippines” because we own the largest sugar plantations here. We have many variations of food like the “chicken inasal” and the “pork sinigang”. Many tourists also visits our city because of our white sand beaches.

Bacolod City is one of the most peaceful cities in the Philippines. We have the famous Masskara festival that celebrates the unity of the Bacolodnon in raising back the sugar plantation that has been ruined by the storm. We kept our smiles on and it remained in the history, making Bacolod City known as the City of Smile. If you want a place of peace and quiet, with kind and friendly people, then Bacolod City is the most suitable place to move.

Bacolod City is known as the “City of Smiles”. one can expect that going here means having to meet people who smile a lot. Bacolod is a busy city. People work for several hours a day to provide for their family. But even though it’s a busy city, people still a lot a time for fun and leisure. Also, Bacolod is a place full of delicacies, beaches, wonderful places (especially The Ruins) and beautiful people.
