The city is in the north of country. The climate is continental; it’s very hot in summer, and very cold in winter. Most of the secondary roads are under construction, and it is very difficult to take a bike ride or drive car all the time. However, there are a lot of historical and sightseeing places, where you can admire the old architecture and the beauty of the nature. But you should be ready for some conventional attitude of people, especially the older generation.
