Thrissur is a lovely city, in terms of accessibility, availability of services, friendliness of locals and that people are amicable. Apart from that, Thrissur is very welcoming to outsiders and relatively less discriminating of foreigners. Thrissur is known as the cultural capital of Kerala, making it a city of historic and religious importance. The city has several temples and churches situated quite close to each other making the people of Thrissur tolerant towards all religions. Thrissur is also a developed city, containing multiple malls, multiplexes, high rise buildings and shopping centers and schools, hospitals and colleges.
