There are good schools in the area, several up-market shopping malls and many well-known restaurants. Plot sizes are large, at least one acre in extent, making Kloof popular with young families. There is easy access to the highway between Durban and Pietermaritzburg. The overall ambience is one of a quiet, leafy residential suburb.

Durban is the warmest place to be, the weather is amazing. My city is very diverse, different people all over. It is a great place for businesses as it is the centre city for KwaZulu-Natal. All types of transportation are available, namely: trains, cabs, taxis and buses. Schools and universities are very close to the city as well, 2 minutes away to be precise.

It is the greenest City in the world, it has a lot of tourist attractions including the uShaka Marine world, and it very busy during weekdays especially during the mornings and evenings due to traffic because everyone is rushing to work, and parents are taking/fetching their children from school.

In Durban, there are many things like the beach, Moses Mabhida Stadium that a person can visit if ever bored. if you are a learner there are nearby universities you many attend in like UKZN. Durban is the capital city of KZN province and is ranked the second country of South Africa in terms of education and tourist attraction.

Durban is a big city in South Africa, KwaZulu-Natal, with a lot of tourist attractions. It is most famous for it’s beautiful and safe beaches. Durban has good schools and big shopping malls. Like most places; Durban has rural and urban areas. Rural areas have electricity complications, while urban areas are crime hotspots.

Living on the north coast in a town rapidly expanding, the cost of living may be exorbitant. It is slowly but surely becoming densely populated. However, there are sufficient schools in the area and many new shopping places to cope with the influx of people. On the brighter side, we have gorgeous beaches, where many people from the area spend their weekends.

Durban is a city full of mischief and wonder. You will most likely find a buzzing feel of excitement year-round, as well as beautiful weather for the most part. There unfortunately is quite a substantial amount of criminal activity in my city which is down to the high poverty rate, as well as the lack of education in some parts.

Durban is a beautiful city that any person on holiday would love to go to. It has lots of scenic views. It is also a bustling hub of workers. Durban has a good variety of jobs and is also perfect for a retired person. There are several opportunities for study as well.
