Dunedin is a small town with a lot of activity. It is located just north of Clearwater beach, which makes it a popular destination for visitors. There are lots of shops and restaurants on Main Street and along the Pinellas trail which draw crowds, especially on the weekends. The population has exploded over the past 5 years, and there has been much development which takes away the “small town” feel it once had.
