Detroit has wildly bipolar weather. The city of Detroit is home to many well-known brands including Vernors Soda, Faygo Soda, Better Made Potato Chips, and Little Caesars Pizza. Detroit is also known for massive car manufacturing companies called the “Big Three,” Ford, General Motors, and Chrysler. Over the past few years, many investors and business owners have decided to buy land and old buildings to demolish them and rebuild them into museums, restaurants, and shops. This plan has helped make the downtown area a unique experience and destination spot for Michiganders and visitors.

Detroit is constantly advancing when it comes to the community and city as a whole. The downtown has new stores and areas being created every month to enhance the environment and opportunities throughout the city. The most well-known place to visit would have to be the Riverwalk downtown or Belle Isle; however, the lively atmosphere Downtown Detroit brings by itself is worth the visit/move.

Anyone who is deciding to move to Detroit should know Detroit is a really beautiful city. Detroit is known as the motor city or it’s cars. A lot of tourists come to Detroit because of its parks, lakes, and most importantly, Downtown. Downtown Detroit is where all the “magic” happens. In Downtown there is a whole lot of amazing restaurants and many places for memorable moments.

Someone moving to Detroit, Michigan should consider living downtown near the riverfront, especially if the said person will work downtown. The person is guaranteed to have a great time living in Detroit as there is always something to do. There is usually always a festival or activity happening at Hart Plaza. Other options for fun are going to Belle Isle if you have a family or walking on the Riverwalk.
