The city has a vast array of beautiful sights and is friendly, eclectic and multicultural. It is also approximately 20 minutes away from the seaside resort of Barry Island and you are able to reach mountainous countryside within the same time period. The city centre has been renovated in recent years and now comprises of three shopping centres surrounded by the ancient walls of Cardiff Castle. The city is an amalgamation of historic and modern ingenuity and I would thoroughly recommend Cardiff as a place to live.

Cardiff is very green for a capital city, with parks throughout the urban landscape. It is a friendly and diverse place. You can find anything and everything in the old arcades and indoor market, from records to local Welsh lamb. Always take an umbrella with you, even if it looks sunny, as the weather can turn in no time at all.

Cardiff city is very lively and friendly. It is multicultural. There are lots of things to do and places to visit in Cardiff. Cardiff Castle is one of the most popular attraction site. There are also many fantastic restaurants close to the city centre that provide excellent food and a variety of cuisines.

Cardiff is known by its occupants as a friendly and diverse city. Although it is a reasonably small city compared to other cities within the UK, there are plenty of places to go and things to do. I recommend some of our culturally enriching activities such as visiting the National Museum, Cardiff Castle or the Wales Millennium Centre. Cardiff is a fun, vibrant place and it is extremely well-suited to students, young people and new families.
