Budapest is a lovely city. It has a rich history and beautiful landmarks to visit. Budapest is well known for their wonderful cafes, scenery, and people. The best part of living in Budapest is how affordable it is compared to other capital European cities. Apartments can be pricey, but the main necessities are affordable. It is a very unique and budget-friendly city.

It is the capital of Hungary. It is very cheap city in comparison with Paris. Life here is so amazing, you can have fun but there aren’t many work opportunities in Budapest. One of the most famous dishes is made by tomato soup. There is a long river that divides Budapest into two parts.

The residents of Budapest hardly speak any English and communication is quite hard with that language barrier. That being said, it is not impossible to get around, you just have to find the right person to ask. Other than that, the nightlife and the price of a good night out when compared with the rest of Europe keeps one wanting to come back visiting this lovely city.

Someone moving to the city should know housing prices and the exact value of the money as I have seen many who are not aware and end up wasting. They should also be aware of how the people in the city view immigrants, and how transportation works as fines are applicable to those who use the transport system improperly.

The prices are not so high as in the USA. Hungarian people can be really nice if they want something from you. Budapest is one of the most beautiful city in Europe. A lot of foreigners love Hungarian cuisine, but some may say it is a bit spicy, I don’t know, it’s pretty normal for me. The River Donau is gorgeous but it’s very dirty so you shouldn’t swim in it.

Budapest is a gorgeous city full of nice people. They call Budapest the Paris of the East and we certainly think it lives up to its reputation. It has elegant boulevards. It has so much beautiful architecture. But it has much more grit and edge due to its years under communist rule. Walking its streets you can quickly tell that Budapest is a dynamic and living city. Know how to use public transport, because the roads are always busy. Certain parts of the city may be dangerous. Budapest is a very affordable city. I highly recommend it.

Budapest is a fantastic city with a rich history and an exciting present. The cost of living is fairly low, and whether your are moving for work or to attend one of our prestigious universities there will always be something for you to do in your free time. Culture and history tours are available year-round, both guided or independent, where you can enjoy getting to know the city. If history is not for you, then there are any number of bars, restaurants, and nightclubs where you can have an evening out with old friends, or go alone and make some new ones!

Budapest is a considerably cheap and affordable city. Anybody visiting or relocating to Budapest should consider buying winter jackets, Winter in Budapest can be very extreme and can drop to as low as -20°C (-4°F). However, besides the weather, the city is a beautiful place to study, live and raise a family.

It’s simply the greatest city in the world. Amazing buildings and hidden spots all over the city, multicultural enough to make anyone feel at home, although probably Hungarian enough to depress you every now and then. It has a hill, a river, baths from the Roman era, great restaurants for any taste, and world-famous pubs of all kinds, most of them with cheap booze. I’ve been to many cities all over Europe, and I can tell you, I had great experiences in all of them, but nothing can compete with watching the sunset on the top of Gellért Hill, overlooking the Danube, and some of the best sights of the city.
