My favorite part of the city is the east end. The eastern end of Queen St. in the beaches has a small-town feel. While the restaurant scene could use a bit of an update, the boutique stores and cafes provide a nice atmosphere. A great restaurant scene is not far away, with lots of options slightly toward the west in Leslieville. For practical life, lots of larger format retail and grocery options are close by car toward Birchcliffe and Scarborough, slightly farther east.

Toronto is a wonderful city. It has a nice variety of restaurants and cafes to choose from. It is one of the major financial capitals in the world with many job prospects. The city boasts many different neighbourhoods and has been a nice draw for new immigrants looking for a home that offers diversity.

Toronto is a very beautiful city. Someone considering moving to Toronto should note that it is quite expensive. There is so much diversity among the people who live here. There are a lot of places to explore such as different restaurants and small little coffee shops. My favourite part about Toronto is in the winter there are many beautiful forests that one can walk through.

The name of the city is pronounced “to-RO-no”, not “to-ron-TO”. Everyone will know you are not a native of Toronto if you do not pronounce it the local way. Second, Toronto is home to many cultural hubs including a “Chinatown”, “Greektown”, “Koreatown”, and “Little Italy”. a “double-double” is a Tim Horton’s coffee with two creams and two sugars – everyone knows this.
