The city of Brooks is a wonderful place to live, although sometimes it can smell due to the meat packing plant. Most People in my city are friendly and accepting of any newcomers. We have a few nice beaches nearby, a waterpark, a museum, and lots of other family orientated activities.

Brooks has a beautiful man-made lake. Residents or visitors can enjoy the beach, concession and boating docks. It is a small community with many of the amenities of a larger city. Coffee shops and boutiques adorn the treed streets of the downtown core. With many residential areas and elementary schools the options for buying a home in a good neighbourhood are endless. If hockey is your passion, Brooks has one of the best Junior A hockey leagues in Canada. Close to two major cities, you don’t have to stray far to enjoy the offerings of a larger city, while still being able to return to the small town charm.
