You better carry lots of sunscreen, it’s like the sun meant for Antarctica was moved to Nairobi. Nairobians are very friendly but can be quite inquisitive, which may rub you the wrong way, but we mean no harm, we just love to mind other peoples’ businesses, lol.

When coming to Nairobi, carry an umbrella during the rainy season as showers arrive unexpectedly. Nairobi is usually very sunny so for the fair-skinned, sunscreen is a must. Keep you belongings safe by carrying a backpack if you plan or walking around the city center. The Nairobi city market is a vibrant place where you can buy fresh foods and vegetables during the week.

Rich in wildlife, beautiful oceans, Sandy beaches and overwhelming view of the sun set that will always leave you to come back for me and yes don’t forget the food which include roasted meat from the Streets, roasted corn, and the rich cultures which include the Maasai community who are a big tourist attraction because they drink raw blood direct from animals.

we welcome all people from all races to our country. We are very glad to share our culture and our experiences with them. We have amazing beaches and beautiful mountains. We also have delicious local food that they will enjoy and am sure they will want to visit again.
