Recently, the arts community has diminished considerably, and gentrification is rampant. In my personal view, there are many other places you would be likely to enjoy more if you are considering a move.

HELPFUL REPORT

I have often heard that Toronto is simply a laid-back version of New York. Although Toronto can initially appear cold and corporate, there is something here for everyone to love. From the logical, grid-like orientation of the streets to the colossal food scene and the growing presence of the arts, there is something here for everyone to love. Just like New York, however, Toronto’s rent prices are absolutely astronomical. The average price for a one-bedroom apartment downtown can range between $1600 and $2300 dollars, with most being on the higher end of that spectrum.

Toronto is known for its diversity. It is home to many attractions such as the CN Tower and the Royal Ontario Museum. Toronto is home to more than 66 per cent more artists than anywhere else in Canada. It’s an art filled city filled with many tourist attractions and there’s a lot culture.

Toronto is a dynamic and multicultural city. Considered the financial hub of Canada, the city offers a diverse spectrum of jobs. Toronto is ideal for sports fanatics offering five major league sports teams including the reigning NBA Champions, The Toronto Raptors. In addition to sports, the city offers a wide range of arts and culture events and festivals throughout the year.

Toronto is a large, beautiful city with many attractions to visit and wonderful restaurants for your taste buds to explore. Regardless of your interests, there are activities ranging from museums to sporting events to the arts and more. The variety of restaurants offer a variety of cuisines. Your stomach will love it!
