The dining culture in Cape Town is highly praised with internationally acclaimed restaurants, while the city’s art scene is one to enjoy with small galleries around the city to the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa.

My city, Cape Town, is by far the most beautiful and most progressive city. This city is completely diverse in terms of people, cultures, food and and walks of life.

But personally, the reason why I am so in love with Cape Town is because, I am a culinary arts major therefore, the food culture here is incomparable to any other city in South Africa because the food culture has various influences from around the world, which is why you are able to find something for everyone no matter where you’re from.

Another thing about Cape Town that makes it so fascinating, are the beaches. We have some really amazing beaches here, with beautiful blue waters which is where we also get our fish and seafoods that are sought-after all around in our country.

The people in my city warm and vibrate. The city is full of culture and art, we have top tier theatres with a lot of talent. There beautiful mountains and oceans to see. The nightlife in my city is amazing and this where you get to the amount of diversity there is in my city.
